Creative Coping: Addressing Stress and Anxiety through the Arts

From diagnosed disorders to those struggling with everyday stress, this group is for adults looking to use their own creativity to better their own mental and emotional well-being.

Grief & Loss Group

The overall goal of this group is to help the participants process their loss and the feelings and emotions that arise from said loss.  Through group support, guidance from caring therapists, and utilizing the creative arts, participants will be empowered on their journey towards healing.

We strive to bring together individuals who have experienced similar loss.

Madison Art Therapy will be conducting a 4-week group in Dodgeville for families of Iowa County beginning September 30th.  There will be two simultaneous groups, one for children ages 10 and up and one for adults.

Stay tuned...coming soon!
